The McCurrach story
Our purpose is singular: to increase sales at the point of purchase.
That's been our mantra from day one, over 120 years ago. Our business has changed a lot since then, evolving into the multi-sector, multi-service field marketing agency that we are today.
As consumers, customers, sectors and channels change, helping brands to sell more requires consistent evolution. That's why today, our service proposition spans sales and execution, training and advocacy, brand insight and consumer engagement – all supported by digital and data products.

We’re owned by Avidity Group Ltd, who provide the investment and financial firepower to help us achieve our goals. We operate out of the UK and Ireland, but our reach is extended into Europe through our partnership with Sales Service International (SSI).

Jill Ross, Managing Director
Jill Joined our Group as CEO in 2018, bringing with her a wealth of experience of 20+ years in FMCG. Jill also leads our McCurrach agency as Managing Director. In addition, she is Chair of the Board of Trustees at IGD and a member of the IGD’s Policy Issues Council.
Lindsay Hey, Customer Development Director
Lindsay joined McCurrach in 2015, from a 20 year background in retail, pharmacy and on trade sectors. She started her career in Commercial Buying and held leadership roles in Lloyds Pharmacy, Argos and Sainsbury's. At McCurrach, Lindsay leads our Technology Division, supporting brands in retail and B2B activate sales through innovative, immersive and effective programmes, whatever the environment.
Helen Sheridan, Customer Development Director
Helen has been part of our McCurrach team since January 2019, joining our Exec team responsible for our Grocery, AFH and Convenience teams. Helen has a strong commercial and supply chain background in FMCG, bringing a breadth of experience from a variety of leadership roles in some well recognized blue-chip suppliers including Mondelez, Unilever and Danone.
Adrian Hussey, Customer Development Director
Adrian has been with McCurrach for over 24 years, joining as a Territory Manager in 1996. Adrian joined the McCurrach Exec team as HR & Capability Director in 2012 where he lead McCurrach’s HR and IT strategies for 5 years before moving into his current role as Customer Development Director for our Grocery & FMCG Division in 2017.
