The Activity

We introduced an agile resource model for Colgate-Palmolive, reducing their permanent sales team thereby eliminating wasted regular coverage, and introduced our ‘On Demand’ resource. This enables Colgate-Palmolive to have access to every multiple store in the UK, all within a 48-72 hour period. This service is powered by data analytics that ensure when the door is crossed, there is value to be unlocked. 

Over 9 months, we have refined the way we use DART with Colgate-Palmolive through greater depth of analysis and field training to ensure we are constantly driving value adding opportunities. This has delivered an increase in the value of corrections we are making per visit by 88%.
