The Brief

Our Financial Services Division was approached by one of our existing clients, Retirement Advantage - an award-winning retirement income and equity release specialist company, to help promote their new Equity Release product offering.

This offering was historically only accessed by a limited number of adviser firms and we were tasked with increasing awareness and product sales across the wider adviser market.

The Activity

First we trained and upskilled our existing Retirement Advantage field and telephony sales teams on the product and went into the market to undertake research in terms of what product enhancements would be needed to increase sales. 

Through careful and thorough business targeting the new Equity Release activity successfully increased awareness of Retirement Advantage’s full product range to financial advisers across the UK. As a result we gained sales from new and untapped market areas.

At the same time we organised meetings with hundreds of UK advisers, highlighting the benefits of Retirement Advantage’s products, which allowed us to identify new sales opportunities to drive business levels upwards.
