The Brief

When Kimberly-Clark needed to increase the visibility of Huggies Little Swimmers in Tesco to deliver on increasing performance forecasts, we were on hand to support.

We were required to deliver and implement Little Swimmers (Finding Dory) Point of Sale solution.

The Activity

Our Grocery core field team presented the promotion and provided recommended pre sell volumes to key store contacts during a 4 week pre sell period. Our Activation team executed the Little Swimmers shopper unit within a 12 hour window on Day 1 of the promotion going live. This involved delivering, building, placing and merchandising of the unit in the correct location on the shop floor.

The field team followed up during their subsequent visits to ensure stock was continually available and to support replenishment of the unit. The team also had a supply of additional promotional display units that were used to further support the activity elsewhere in store.
