The Brief

Our Financial Services division were approached by one of the biggest financial services brands in the UK and Europe to launch a new product. We would provide business development teams to launch a new investment proposition into the UK intermediary market for the first time.

Our team would work in partnership with the client’s in-house specialist technical and marketing resources to promote and educate the proposition to financial advisers across the UK.

The Activity

We provided nationwide field based salespeople and a Glasgow-based telephony team with its own intermediary panels. Both of these teams had direct ownership for promoting the proposition to thousands of financial adviser businesses across the UK, and also lent support to large scale national distribution partnerships as they were created. The teams worked in an integrated manner; from organising appointments, to intensive telephony adviser engagement, to field visits and relationship building.

We built up a significant adviser distribution base from effectively a zero base which has since grown exponentially year on year. Our teams were managed and supported by our dedicated sales management, combined with our industry leading in-house bespoke and integrated CRM and telephony platform, and a comprehensive regulatory risk and T&C framework.
