We won No.1 Magnum Pleasure Store in the world!

Back in May we took on our first big experiential staffing job for Unilever’s Magnum Pleasure store in London. We recruited, employed and prepared the 16 full time and 14 stand-by staff for 4 months full time work at the store, as well as at outdoor and VIP events in the area.

But this was just one of many stores for Magnum... Unilever hosted these Pleasure Stores in major cities around the world and they would all compete with each other to win the title of No.1 Magnum Pleasure Store in the world.

So, being the competitive bunch we are we relished this challenge and really got to work to make sure that we were in with a real chance of being crowned winner. We worked tirelessly to find the best possible staff with great chemistry and customer service skills, delivered best-in-class inductions and workshop sessions, and accompanied the new recruits to the London Pleasure Store for on the job training (and a lot of product sampling!) before opening day.

The targets set by Magnum were tough and only the store who delivered across all 3 essential criteria could be crowned winner.

The Key Performance Indicators set by Magnum were:

  • KPI 1 - Commercial Data (25% weekly turnover growth rate and 25% weekly Magnums sold growth rate) –  we achieved a rate of 50% for the client
  • KPI 2 - Social Media (weekly #tags growth rate for Instagram and Twitter) – we achieved a rate of 40% for the client
  • KPI 3 - Brand Value (weekly total number of Photo Gallery ‘likes’ on internal Website showcasing team activations) – we achieved a weekly turnover rate of 10% for the client

Our amazing results on all three KPI’s meant the London Pleasure Store took the lead over all other stores to be crowned the No.1 Magnum Pleasure Store, Globally. Take that New York!
